It's been a while, but we've been busy in the studio again. This time
around, the Girlheads have been joined by drummer Eric VanDeWal to create
a new sound that... well, hits a bit harder. The new E.P. is tentatively
titled DaysHoursMinutes and contains four new sonic gems:
Days Hours Minutes
Beautiful Loser
Don't Keep Me Waiting
I Can't Recall...
Recording is finished and we're almost
done mixing. With any luck, we'll release it before x-mas. You'll be able
to get it through iTunes again; I'm sure it will make a great virtual
stocking stuffer.
We'll be posting the first single for
free on our site, so check back soon.

God, we're such complete liars. Well, not so much liars but a band
that has little ability to meet a deadline. The Summer is almost gone and
we're still recording vocal tracks so the chances of this album making it
out before Summer's end are pretty slim. The good news is we finally came
up with a title. Ready? Set?
From Drumbeat to Telstar
I'm not even going to speculate as to when it will be released. We do have
a few songs finished and may post some alternate mixes soon. Stay tuned!
